Our wines

The varieties of grapes offered by this land give rise to the precious DOC Trentino of Vallagarina. The current selection includes Dextrum, a Pinot Noir, whose vineyard is located on the right bank of the Adige river and Holunder, IGT delle Dolomiti, a Goldtraminer that stands out for its versatility and the characteristic scent of elderflowers - “Holunder” in German - which embrace the cultivation area.

The wines fully respect the territory that is long devoted to the production of these excellences. Each wine with its right peculiarities can most surely accompany any of your most favourite dishes.

HOLUNDER
GoldTraminer - Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT

Ideal for enjoying on its own or in more adventurous combinations thanks to its remarkable range of aromas. With hints of spice, exotic fruit, peppery tones, floral notes and citrus. It sparkles with golden hues and lingers on the palate, revealing its powerful flavour and opulence in its freshness.

DEXTRUM
Pinot Nero - Trentino DOC

It has an unmistakable ruby red colour, intense but not overpowering, with hints of strawberry, blackcurrant and wild pepper that are instantly noticeable on the palate. A velvety texture on the palate, punctuated by lively notes that showcase the skill of the winemakers, making this a wine of exceptional character, closely linked to the harvest. We only offer it in selected vintages. However, it is well suited to extended maturing.
